Are we hoping Grimes wins? It seems that way. I guess as long as we take the Senate, getting rid of McConnell is probably ok...
Here's the thing naps: I predict that we take 9 Seats from the Dems in November (AK, AR, CO, LA, MI, MT, NC, SD and WV). We don't need Mitch to win against Grimes (If he gets past Bevin.) Actually, it would be a blessing because there would be no "heir apparent" around to claim the Majority Leader post. And don't let anyone tell you that in that case it would be John Cornyn. As narcissistic as those guys are, not to mention power-hungry, there would be a contested race for SML, I guarantee.

(Rand Paul, Rick Perry endorse Mitch McConnell over Bevin. Neither will ever get my vote in 2016.)

We don't need Mitch to win against GrimesWe'll need that extra vote for cloture with a Republican President in 2017. Also, repealing Obamacare with fifty votes at that point will be no political picnic. Some Republican senators will want to compromise. The bigger the caucus the better, Rino women and all. That bunch wouldn't make Cruz or Lee majority leader anyway. What improvement would come from a McConnell loss? Meanwhile, where is Palin to boost Bevin?
