An ongoing pattern. Identify supplements that have a proven value in promoting health, offer a flimsy “study” that claims the supplement has no value. Building up a collection of flim flam “research” that will be used by an easily corrupted politician to craft legislation banning supplements...because the government always knows best.

Yup. Big Pharma doesn’t want any competition, so now they are targeting the health benefits of foods themselves, not just supplements. I don’t take fish oil supplements, but I do eat three 3.75 oz cans of sardines in olive oil a week. I already have heart disease so it won’t protect me from that, but they still have other health benefits.

I eat sardines, too, but mine are in either Louisiana hot sauce or mustard. I cannot remember for the life of me the type of oil that they normally come in but olive oil does not strike a bell. Is that the usual oil you see in sardines? I'm not a big fan of oily sardines but would have them if the oil--such as olive--is more beneficial. Thanks.
