Ezra Klein, Bill Donohue, and Alec Baldwin. Three very different men, who are in fact raising a very important question. Is this still America? Recent stories involving all three men (and the Klein story has been discussed here by Robert Stacy McCain) are classics of the old Communist thought-reform method of operation.
Let’s begin with Ezra Klein, the one-time Washington Post whiz kid turned digital-media mogul. Klein, you see, hired one Brandon Ambrosino to work for his new Internet site Vox. Mr. Ambrosino is a gay man who is not reluctant to criticize gay elites (read: liberals who happen to be gay). For this Ambrosino is in disfavor. For hiring Ambrosino, the liberal Klein is in more than disfavor. Across the leftist side of the Net he is being assailed: from “Hipster Homophobia” to a “Queer New Hire” to, but of course, Media Matters, where the entire point of the enterprise is to divide people by race and sexual preference.

Bill Donohue turns out to be clever. Seems that some “mandatory rules” are good, others are not so good. Yet it is not just hypocrisy that decent people are facing from the homosexual lobby. Their tactics are becoming increasingly coercive and effective. Consider what happened to the Boy Scouts and the big Christian charity World Vision. Both have huge infrastructures that are financially dependent on corporate donors. Homosexual advocates have been able to dictate the behavior of these corporate donors either through intimidation or the direct influence of sympathetic often gay senior executives. Both the Boy Scouts and World Vision were forced to change their positions to suit the homosexuals or lose the donations. They caved. Thankfully there are still people like Bill Donohue and the Catholic League that are fighting the good fight.
Spot on. Unfortunately a lot of people check their brains at the door when it comes to gay “rights”. They’ve bought in to the agitprop, tossing around words like equality and justice yet having no idea what they’re saying.
“Hipster Homophobia”
A phobia is an unfounded fear of something or someone.
People, however, have every reason to be afraid of the perverted. Perverts are in league with Satan, who twists and perverts everything good and true while making it seem otherwise. Satan is bent on the destruction of man and overthrowing God.
Our sexual faculties are one of the most beautiful God-given attributes as they permit us to express exclusive love while generously if not longingly being open to new life, as the fruit of our exclusive relationship, much like our loving father, God.
When homosexuals practice and promote what is perverse, (perverting what God has designed) we who don’t do such things have a perfectly legitimate reason to fear that such devious behaviour will spread and we will be surrounded by God-haters. God-haters are people-haters and in league with Satan, and thus very dangerous.
Thus it is not true that we are homophobes, but rather, we rightly fear the perverted.
The homosexual fascists despise the word “homosexual” to describe themselves. They also hate the term “homo” as a slur against themselves. But what do they call people who do like the abnormal lifestyles of the not-heterosexuals?.... HOMOphobic. There’s no reasoning with these disturbed people.
There is not a homosexual on the planet that I fear.
A more appropriate term for me would be “homosexually misanthropic”.

O.K. fine. Do you fear anyone or anything? Do you fear anything if you suddenly found yourself on a street with a high-speed chase underway? Would you fear being injured if you witnessed a grenade being tossed your way?
The homosexuals have warped our language to create an appearance that they are harmless, which is not true. That is the point of my comment, not to show how weak I am or that I cower in the presence of a pervert. I wish to remove their decietful and commanding use of “phobia”.
(Perhaps my comment could be clarified as “Thus it is not true that we are homophobes, but rather, that we rightly fear the damage the perverted can cause.”)
