I think Obama was in on this Ukraine debacle. I get the idea him and Putin worked out that coupe to give Putin the excuse to invade and annex Crimea. I could be all wrong

I think Putin abhors our weakling fraud of a president, so I say no way was this some kind of “secret cooperation” over Crimea.
