They need to implement this law.
They told us how great it was for years. Now implement the damn thing in full.

Begich and Warner have called for allowing "copper" plans on the government-run health exchanges
Lower than the bronze plan? What does that have? A $50,000 deductible?

“Bronze” already has terrible coverage, minimal providers, huge copays, and giant deductibles. What is “copper” going to be - a Sandra Fluke plan where you still get charged $2k a year, and the only things it pays for are birth control and abortions?
The best fix for ObamaCare is to repeal that terrible, unconstitutional, and divisive law.

REPEAL IT. DON’T BOTHER TRYING TO FIX SOMETHING THAT CANNOT BE REPAIRED.

Insurance companies, who are the ones most injured by the changes Obama has made to the law’s implementation, should file suit against Obama and his cohorts for violating the law as written.
To: Red in Blue PA
They might as well have a $2 million deductible.

The insurance companies should all just rip up their stock options because they are just about to become worthless. They slept with the dog and now they have flees.

“The new insurance plans would offer lower premiums and higher out-of-pocket costs than the “bronze,” “silver” and “gold” options currently offered.”
Wow, how can I get royally screwed with higher co-pays and deductibles? What a deal, where do I sign?

It’s no coincidence that most of these senators are from “Red” states. They should just call the proposed Obamacare revisions the Save Mary Landrieu’s Political Career Act.

The insurance companies wanted ObamaCare. They thought it would force millions into the status of "forced customer" at the point of IRS guns.
I have zero sympathy for them,

The law is already mute but these Senators are having a hard time convincing Americans that all they need to do is check a box.
They would do better to admit they made a mistake and will vote to repeal the whole law.

Exactly. This “insurance” is still overpriced because it represents virtually no insurance at all.
I don’t think anybody, now that it’s known that the devil is in the details (huge deductibles and “out of pocket” payments), will fall for this.

Why? Obama doesn’t need them or anyone in congress to tweak the “law.” He can and will do as he pleases with it.
