I should probably stop posting links, quotes and comments to these threads. Neither Republicans nor Democrats have any will to fight regardless of circumstances (e.g., enemy nuclear weapons buildups). Political folks are more concerned with their perceived stability of markets and income flows from government and government-connected business. Building family fallout shelters and learning older technologies would probably be best for healthier Americans willing to work.
