Every P-3 and P-8 we have is looking for MH370. Is the SOSUS line even up? Maybe we should send a MEB to Iceland just in case.....

Not to mention the fact that we would have 140k troops stuck in Afghanistan when the balloon goes up.

And THAT would suck.

No US ground troops to Ukraine. Europe will have to step up. NO more American troops doing the hard work and dying so that Europe can keep their socialist economies growing at the expense of US troops.

I am sick of it and I am not alone.

You are worrying yourself sick over nothing. No troops are going to Ukraine.

BTW, I agree that Euros should be spending more money on defense. However, their 2% of GDP is much more than the Russian’s paltry 2 Trillion dollar economy can spend at over 4%.

Together, the EU with no US input, has an economy of approximately 16 Trillion GDP....So, 2 percent of that is much higher than 4 percent of Russia’s 2 Trillion economy.

Do you really want this CIC to send troops. What will he send them with? Spitballs?

He has gotten more Americans killed than all the time Bush was in office.

Yeah, lets send some poor suckers to lose life and limb for this:

I continue to ask myself: If Germany, France, Italy and Poland will not spend at a reasonable level to defend themselves and Europe, why should we?

AFAIK France is over 2%. As a interesting side-note: If you take France, Germany, Italy, Poland and the UK together, they spend twice as much as Russia, and that's probably even at PPP (purchasing power parity).

This CIC? No, of course not. He’s been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize and intends to live up to it. Peace through strength ended the day he was elected. The rest of the story is written in blood on the pages of history—which we are doomed to repeat.

Right now I am not all that certain that Obama isn’t working with Putin. Playing a game maybe. Obama sure has made life easier for Putin, hasn’t he?

If Obama was forced to send US troops, those poor guys will be set up to fail. Remember when our corrupt Democrat overlords and their media henchmen ragged on Bush because they wanted news video of all the coffins coming back from Iraq? That disappeared when the Clown was responsible for the bodies in those coffins. Pfft...gone, just like that.

We are really in an ugly mess. Perhaps we should have stood up against Obama before we got here. Imagine 3 more years. We could be in gulags or laboring in a tater factory for the regime.

You are perfectly correct. History being rewritten as we speak. And the tyrants are using the same rationale for annexing other nation’s sovereign land....”protecting ethnic speaking German/Russian minorities”.

And the same bunch of useful idiot appeasers are stepping up to the plate to do their Neville Chamberlain impressions.

We will not fight in Ukraine, as we were asleep at the switch. But any attack on a NATO country will be repelled. And that includes Estonia.

It is amazing to watch conservatives here so casually talking about dividing up nations and doling others out, in the future.
