By 1998, the scandal-plagued Clinton found any page-turning opportunity welcome. He picked up the “genocide” theme and ran with it. Providing what would later become Obama’s Libya-war blueprint, Clinton instigated an unauthorized, undeclared, and ultimately disastrous war, in the absence of any threat to the United States, ostensibly to protect civilians but in reality on behalf of the Muslims.

Clinton’s State Department warned the Serbs that NATO bombing would commence unless they agreed not only to withdraw forces from Kosovo but to an arrangement whereby Kosovo would surely be granted full independence from Serbia after three years. The Serbs refused. Clinton miscalculated that the Serbs would quickly blink and that his aerial attacks, though lawless, would be brief and easily forgotten. Instead, the Serbs did not surrender and the bombing went on for nearly three months, causing far more damage than the carnage it was ostensibly meant to stop, while the killing intensified on the ground.

Screw-ups all over with this regime here’s just one of the latest or is it a screw up?Courtesy of Gateway Pundit:

http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2014/03/unreal-obama-administration-caught-giving-russia-free-high-tech-military-equipment-to-russia/

While slapping Russia publicly on the wrist, the Obama Administration has been giving Russia FREE high tech military equipment.
Judicial Watch reported:

Behind closed doors the U.S. government is giving Russia free military equipment—also used to train American troops—even after President Obama announced punitive sanctions against Moscow and, more importantly, a suspension in military engagement over the invasion and occupation of Ukraine.

The secret operation was exposed this week by members of Congress that discovered it in the process of reviewing the Fiscal Year 2014 budget and the proposed Fiscal Year 2015 budget request. It turns out that the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) has been providing the Russian Federation with the Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System (MILES), the federal legislators say. The U.S. military uses MILES for tactical force-on-force training because it has a system of lasers and dummy ammunition to simulate ground combat.

It’s a crucial, military-grade technology that’s similar to a “laser tag” available in some commercial markets, according to one of the outraged lawmakers (Oklahoma Republican Jim Bridenstine) that helped uncover the scandal. Bridenstine, a member of the House Armed Services Committee, has joined forces with Ohio Republican Mike Turner, Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Tactical Air and Land Forces, to demand an end to the program. Along with about a dozen other House colleagues they penned a letter to Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz, who oversees the agency carrying out the “irresponsible military equipment transfers” to Russia.

Comparing Kosovo and Crimea access to independence and the campaigns preceding them,

Quizz:

Q: How long lasted the bombing campaign?
A: USNATO military campaign against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavialasted for 11 weeks until June 10, 1999.
No bombing in Crimea.

Q:How many ordinance bombed Yugoslavia versus Ukraine/Crimea ?
A: NATO launched 2,300 missiles at 990 targets and dropped 14,000 bombs;
Russia launched ... none.

Q: How many died in Yugoslavia versus Ukraine/Crimea?
A: 2,500 civilians were killed, including 88 children, and thousands more were injured in Serbia. Some 7,000 died in Kosovo proper. Over 200,000 ethnic Serbs were forced to leave their homeland in Kosovo.
Two died by sniper fire in Crimea.

Q: How many civilian buildings were destroyed?
A: NATO airstrikes destroyed more than 300 schools, libraries, and over 20 hospitals. At least 40,000 homes were either completely eliminated or damaged and about 90 historic and architectural monuments were ruined.
In Crimea, NO building was damaged.

What is the US/EU/NATO conclusion on all that? Kosovo independence is “legal”, while Crimea’s is “illegal”. Go figure.
