“Omit two and add two amendments to the Bill of Rights”
That’s easy. The BOR is retained, but 16th and 17th are omitted.
The new ones are balanced budget amendment, and congressional term limits.
All via article V.
But, I’d bet, for this assignment I’d get an “F”.
The Bill of Rights is the collective name for the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution.
So, the 16th and 17th amendment DO NOT COUNT.
