Found out about this liberal group today via email from a friend. They are badgering this woman I know that is widdowed at age 50 and has a few bucks lying around. They're asking for 10 grand. Their website seems to babble on about the Koch brothers specifically and " the environment" in general.
Oh, and they're telling the widow its "her last chance" to get matching funds contributed. Blood suckers, no doubt.
I replied to all in the email I received (telling everyoneto AVOID at ALL costs) so I'll be getting some nasty replies.
Does anyone have any details on this group?

I don’t know anything about the group you mentioned, but it seems “Koch Brothers” is high on the list of liberal agenda-pushers as a hot button of late. My liberal relatives commented on their liberal blog about how they will no longer buy Dixie cups since they found out they are made by “the evil Koch brothers”.
On the LCV website the have photos of politicians they “defeated.” I’ve never her of any of them. They do have Scott Walker in their sights though.
They pestered me for several months. They finally dropped me from their email list after I never donated and I would use their website and campaigns to email Senators and Congressmen to support offshore drilling and lease Fed lands to drill. In their name! I know Robert Redford is affiliated with this bunch of ecotards.
Redford? The Liberalism Whisperer....old goat.
