Check out Google maps for Iquigue, Chile. Satellite view. Looks vulnerable to a tsunami to me.

Geogliph hillside figures, old silver mines, Southern Peru Copper, no water to speak of, rough country. Fortunately no big cities I could see on your map. A lot of stone houses which is not too good. A couple of big active volcanos. Prayers, the people in country like that have hard enough lives.
