FBI agents on Tuesday searched a legislative office belonging to state Sen. Leland Yee, a San Francisco Democrat who was arrested and charged last week as part of a wider federal investigation into criminal activity in San Francisco's Chinatown.
The small office is on the fifth floor of the Legislative Office Building across the street from the state Capitol, said Mark Hedlund, a spokesman for Senate President Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg.
Senate officials discovered that the office was assigned to Yee and informed the FBI, which obtained a warrant allowing the search. Agents had searched Yee's main office in the Capitol last week.
"We did what we would normally do and double-checked to see if there were any other computers or ancillary offices that were assigned to Sen. Yee,'' Hedlund said. "We contacted the FBI and said, 'Hey, we thought you'd want to know there's this other office with a computer that's connected to Sen. Yee.'''

This is reflected by the fact that the FBI has not questioned even one victim of the IRS/conservative charitable organization scandal, concluding that the investigation was complete.There are many other signs such as the Obama politically motivated false arrest and prosecution of the Hutteree Five in Wisconsin in 2009.
One thing we can conclude about Leland Yee....he has somehow crossed the Obama movement and its Chicago thugs by refusing to follow Obama’s marching orders, or not cutting the Obama campaign in on YEE’S ill gotten ARMS TRADE gains.
YEE’S SIN IS THAT HE THOUGHT HE COULD SLIDE UNDER THE OBAMA THUG RADAR WITOUT GIVING THEM THEIR “CUT.”
Obama does not like the Asian community in the USA, particularly in California, where they are “over achievers,” thereby denegrating the leftist meme imagery of exploited minorities in the USA.
But Democrat Yee was very well-versed in the how-to's of gun-running terroristic weaponry --- and may have even done this before.
CAUGHT ON TAPE Democrat Yee showed the undercover FBI agent the entire process of how to get those weapons from a Muslim separatist group in the Philippines into the United States (according to the FBI affidavit).
Moreover, the FBI criminal complaint stated that Democrat Yee sought campaign donations in return for connecting an Italian gangster from New Jersey with an international arms dealer. The gangster was actually an undercover federal agent, the complaint said.
YEE DIDNT MINCE WORDS The FBI complaint said Democrat Yee talked tough about having shady contacts who could obtain automatic weapons. "Do I think we can make some money? I think we can make some money,” the state senator said, according to the complaint. “Do I think we can get the goods? I think we can get the goods."
The complaint says Democrat Yee described his approach to arms dealing as "agnostic." “People want to get whatever they want to get. Do I care? No, I don’t care. People need certain things,” Yee said, according to the complaint.
Excellent point. Boobamba clearly does not view himself as president of productive, gainfully-employed, thriving, successful Americans.....these are people Boobamba's all-powerful govt punishes for their achievements.
Boobamba is PU--president of the underbelly: the ne'er do wells, layabeds, gutter snipes, welfare creeps, the "underserved.".
It is an article of faith in the gutters of Chicago---that all our laws and regs were set in place by evil white men, specifically to subjugate minorities.
This is not news because CNN, the most trusted name in news, isn’t covering it.

That is a natural defense his attorneys would and should use. Read an article that the FBI of course was well aware of that when they placed their informant in place.
