Sure, and it should be reserved for marriage. Gods plan is best but we haven't been following that for a few generations. Most American universities are extremely dysfunctional and immoral. They encourage free 'love' and promiscuity and horny young people oblige. I doubt he needs to get a girl drunk as many are probably throwing themselves at him.
