There’s a 1st navy Jack flying on the 2nd flag pole at my house right now.
It’s at half-staff in honor of the passing of Admiral Jeremiah Denton, but it isn’t going anywhere any time soon.

There’s a 1st navy Jack flying on the 2nd flag pole at my house right now.
There's a 1st Navy Jack flying from the bow of every USN ship at rest (at anchor or pier-side) right now.
This doesn't rescind the order provided in post #7. It only applies to certain uniforms. My guess is that some Admiral just decided he didn't want his sailors to wear multiple patches.
