Yup. Anyone remember the story a year or two back about the hikers out west that hit their emergency locator beacon because they were hungry and forgot their lunch?
I’m fully on board with the right of parents to be idiots with their kids, but I am also fully supportive of them paying for it.
I'm glad the child can be saved. But in these cases of parent idiocy, I do hope the parents pay a very burdensome charge for the services.
