As we have often stated here zero care was never designed to actually work. Just give over huge portions of the economy to big socialistic govt. We should always keep that in mind.
Obamacare was designed to destroy the insurance industry and forcing Americans into Nationalized healthcare. We will then be a Marxist country.
It all depends on what the meaning of the word "work" is.
If you mean, its purpose was to run the health carriers out of business by destroying the concept of insurance, and their ability to do business and make a meager profit; then it "works" perfectly.
If you mean does it "work" to provide millions of Americans with high quality affordable health insurance (ACA).....not so much.
