I don’t disagree with your idea of not giving free treatment to people who contracted aids through sexual contact which is and has been known to be risky
but realistically can you see enough people taking agreeing with that to make it a policy?
just like we will NEVER get enough people to amend the 14th amendment so we don’t have anchor babies and their families raping our welfare system
