“forcing gun owners”
New York is ‘forcing’ .223, 7.62, etc. owners to register their evil firearms.
Very few have registered last I heard. No one “forces” Americans, particularly gun owners, to do anything.

As for me, I prefer to wear a brace...of pistols....so a “bracelet” must be only one pistol.
