When I was younger the charge against a student of “insubordination” was a blanket charge because a teacher just didn’t like a student (even if that student was justified in objecting to an absurd command or request).

Insubordination? Sheesh. Schools are (or should be) stores where you purchase education. The students are customers. Can you imagine a Target shopper being accused of insubordination?

Everything I see these days makes me think of the new Captain America movie.
