If you think that there are less than 13 conservative states to stop them, you had better count again. Each state at the COS gets one vote. Large states like California and New York cannot ride roughshod over smaller ones. The playing field is leveled.
Here in Tennessee, the GOP elites are firmly in control of this sort of thing. Don’t count on many of the GOP not to go along to get along.
