Instigating?
Well, I’m an “instigator” for asking people what they’re going to do stop this? That’s “instigating?” We can type all kinds of stuff on the internet, puff up.......but when I say “what are we really gonna do?”.........I become an “instigator.”
God help us. We’ll need it.

As to your question, what are we really going to do? We vote. We take control of our destiny. There is only one way to do that, become involved long before the big elections.
Know who we elect on the local level, from state legislators, judges, school boards, local legislators, even to the dog catcher if that is an elected position.
Don't like the GOP-e? The we stop sending them to DC. The only way to do that is to stop them on a local level.
We cannot change things from the top. We have to work from the bottom up.
Our opinions and votes should be based on fact. How to gather the facts? By a dialog on threads such as this. I have been provided with the resources I need to learn what has lead up to this situation. It is not puff.
For now, watch them closely. I can't afford the trip just to hold signs and protest. If I lived closer, I would.
I can prepare for a situation that escalates. If the government fires on citizens, that would cause me to go. I don't want violence and people to die but I am not afraid.
I would be more than happy to go and hold a sign all day long if you would provide my fare (rental car or a plane ticket) would we be allowed to camp at the ranch? If not I would need money for a room.
