More like stating that the rancher should have paid his grazing fees because it was rent. No debate about whether grazing fees were supposed to better the land or if they were just fees for our bettors. It's a whole debate about what type of land the fedguv can own. It's a debate about what "agents" of the BLM can do and what powers they have over us serfs.
