West served in the House. Those two you mentioned are Senators.

Perhaps, I am lacking in fully understanding the difference, between the full house support and the senate rejection by only two members. Are you still confused, or, lacking good intention- must proffer the latter?
By the by, are you damp...much or often? I proudly served, in US Army, with a couple of your fellow denizens. They offered up, such awful stories- about familial inbreeding, bad dentistry and how humid weather, was the cause such a social pariah status, in New Hampshire.
