Doesn't the 14th amendment guarantee EVERYONE "equal protection under the law"?? If Bill Gates is giving support to the feds, doesn't he have to do the EXACT SAME for the states and citizens who still DESIRE Microsoft XP support??

No. Microsoft is a business. Unlike a government, if you do not like the way a business is treating you, you can easily migrate your custom elsewhere.
