They moved. They are being replaced rapidly by M*ssholes (spit!) and New Yorkers (double spit)...a foul-mouthed breed of filth. (Don't be 'thin-skinned'...there are exceptions to most broad-brushed statements.)
Some of the M*ss imports are conservatives fleeing communism (accounting for the red counties in NH just over the border from Assachusetts), but the NY'ers are far worse than most of the Mass refugees.
John Sununu (Junior?) stated recently that more people are fleeing Red Hampshire than moving in for the first time in forty years. My deadline for getting the hell out of this state is the end of October. "Give me liberty", and all that.
