That’s a trail that could be easily followed, and I wouldn’t want to expose a teenager either.
The more people there is on the trail the less likely they are to get bothered by the overwatchers. They would have to improve ill-intent and that’s not likely since the USofA sends youngsters to the Olympics specifically to show how good we can shoot.
