I hope you get to see the next one. It’s so amazing to look at the real thing. I was fortunate this time that our skies were clear enough to see it and Mars. It was quite a site. But, like you said, at least there’s the internet when the weather doesn’t cooperate. That’s better than not seeing it at all.

Whew! The weather isn’t only knocking me out of watching the eclipse outside. It’s messing with our internet connection. We have a satellite ISP and the signal keeps disappearing. Now I can’t even watch the eclipse online!!! AAAAAAUUUUUGHGGGGHHHH!!

The night of the last good eclipse that was visible from here was a clear one so I was able to see that one. It’s easy to understand how events such as this freaked out our ancient ancestors.
