THE State of NV never relinquished their rights to the property, the Fed Gov took them in conflict with the Constitution.
I just called my congressman and suggested that a solution to this is for the federal government to transfer title of all open land now under federal control to the respective states. The individual that answered my call indicated that others had made that suggestion.
