Here’s my theory, for what it’s worth, on the “Clinton/Hubbel” baby. I believe that Bill Clinton had a fertility issue and for political reasons he and Hillary wanted a baby, so they all agreed to Web Hubbel fathering the child. Either by the traditional or clinical method, he is definitely the father and it was arranged.
Well of course it was "arranged." It always gets arranged, one way or the other.
