I had some hash browns at an independent place in downtown Everett that were swimming in grease. They were good but I felt guilty eating them. I don’t eat out much any more.
I made some at home the other day out of a left over potato.
They were great crispy and not greasy.
If I ran a breakfast place I would never skrimp on the taters.
