I take 200mcgs 4 times a day, divided.
I take extra one if I have a spike after eating something I shouldn’t have.

Thanks, Sal, I’ll try some. I don’t think my blood sugar is as bad or I would have more of a problem. I know it’s not as bad as it was 25 years ago but I learned then to just eat something whether I wanted to or not.
