The only way large numbers of civilians would be firing on LEO would be if LEO were coming after lots of civilians brutally and without legal justification. Which unfortunately seems to be edging closer all the time. How many people have to be brutalized by SWAT attacks for traffic fines and missed child support before the people begin to respond in kind?
Who knows what plans are going on in the mind of a loon like Obozo? The people are only going to act in self defense, so the response of the people is predicated on the acts perpetrated by the militaristic thugs DC looses upon the people.
