You forget that you are a product of western liberalism, even as a conservative. The culture is saturated with it. The Russians and Chicoms do not think in these ways, and are on record saying so, and have been preparing themselves to practice what they preach. They are committed to the collapse of liberal democracy and to the ascendancy of Caesarism.
Doesn’t bother me. I’m as safe as I’ve always been. They only remain safe till they do something of a nuclear release just like us.
