I doubt it. When her lying and cheating was made clear before she was elected, her constituents still voted for her. This pretty much kills the blackmail angle. However the tribes can be very determined to insure that she never again tries to capitalize on them, by reminding people that she is a fake and a fraud, and *not* Indian in any tangible way.

There is actually some risk involved in this, as it invites her to work against them when the law is being crafted.
