Exactly! And exercise is what you DO, not just what you think.

What I was referring to was that the remark indicates a willingness to submit to capricious interpretation of the law, so that it may be applied selectively and perfidiously.

For example, no such imposition is made on Moslems. In fact, they are give special facilities in the schools to perform their foot washing and 5-times-per-day prayers. There is no restriction of which I am aware on ostentatious Moslem vestments or symbology.

This is capricious and perfidious application of the law according to the silly interpretations made by the Warren court back int he 1960s.

Islam needs to be declared a subversive organization and death cult, with their “the free exercise thereof” banned outright.
