The only positive comment in her nine-page affidavit was her saying: “I have been provided with hormone treatments through DCF to further develop physical characteristics, including breasts.”
The article didn’;t make it quite clewar, my guess is he is being given female hormones but is pre-op, i.e. they haven’t castrated him (yet).
Given their behavioral history, maybe neutering is not a bad idea....
