Physically throw them and their sh•t out of the house. Change the locks and buy a gun and pit bull. Let the moochers hire a lawyer to get their “house” back....
But in at least some parts of the country they'd get a free lawyer,namely the city/town county attorney.And maybe the County Prosecutor might even take interest in the case...on behalf of the moochers.
Just wait until they are out of the house, break in, change the locks and say you had a verbal agreement to move back in.
