Yep, it’s an automatic “reverse discrimination” circumstance. Considering universities, where there’s only so many admission slots available, if you admit somebody *because* of color you’re, by definition, not admitting somebody because of their color.

Just because there’s more of one color than another currently isn’t something that can be legislated into “correctness”.

While I know what you mean by it, I really hate the term “reverse discrimination”. Discrimination is the unequal treatment of people based solely on race, religion, nationality, etc. There is no need for the word “reverse”; it’s just discrimination, or at least that’s the way it should be.
