Also keep in mind that the Gvt employees living in Falls Church are going to be GS14s, GS15s and SESers who are also getting the inflated locality pay adjustment for the DC area.

The "Private sector" in Falls Church is likely full of Gov't contractors. Not officially Gov't employees but receiving oodles of taxpayer money. I agree. And I'd say there are lots of lawyers and lobbyists, too. The private sector isn't winning.
