likely????? Well you could be right or you could be wrong. I suspect and will say “likely” to that it is technology and pharmaceuticals in the area too.

Also keep in mind that the Gvt employees living in Falls Church are going to be GS14s, GS15s and SESers who are also getting the inflated locality pay adjustment for the DC area.

I agree. And I'd say there are lots of lawyers and lobbyists, too. The private sector isn't winning.
