Yeah, for sure. In a matter of seconds he turned himself from a sympathetic figure, standing up to big bad government into just another bigoted, racist old fool. And, even worse, he’s managed to hand Harry Reid an out. Harry can now say, “see, told ya, told ya!” Sigh, happens every time.....
When the press is out to get someone it doesn’t matter what public comments they made to whom. You are pretty naive to think otherwise.
