Isn’t it a little early to making all the old Mitt Romney arguments for Paul?

What morons, what are you talking about, and isn’t it a little early to be using your Mitt Romney desperation type arguments for Paul?

We are years away from the election, we have time to do better than Paul.

Sorry for my abject behavior.

The root of the problem was that I was giving everything I had to my elderly parents.

And I sent a small amount to a needy Freeper thereby denying my parents.

And this Freeper never cared enough to even thank me.

In fact, when I asked if he had received my small gift, he not only refused any thx...but simply asked for more.

This demonstrated the ultimate selfishness of humankind.

Angry about it? Not really.

Sensitive about it? Yes...particularly after rough and stressful days.

That there are such people so heartless that they care only for themselves and nothing for others.

Yes, I am easily set off by such people.

To add to my story from yesterday, where I gave 50 plus a card and note of support and prayer to a supposedly sick Freeper (I guess I’ll never know if it was for real or not, and it was not anyone mentioned in this thread either)...anyway I actually SHED TEARS for this man’s story. Tears. Prayed for him. Bought a nice card, added personal note, added 50 bucks. Never heard a word from him in any way. Yet he was back posting and didn’t respond to my “glad you seem to be OK” comments later that year. I am suspicious to say the least that he was never sick and it was all a dramatic story to make money from. Until the Mesta news, I didn’t think the person I gave to was a crook, just an ungrateful jerk. Now I don’t know.

Anyway, I’ll stick to giving to worthy causes that have proven track records. I like Operation Smile (they do surgeries on kids with cleft palates), I will give to Operation Blessing when there is a natural disaster ,and I don’t mean the disaster of B.Hussein O.

: )

I gave rather generously to Mesta and still have a hard time believing she wasn’t who she said she was. And did a lot of praying for her and her little girl.

Sorry it took so long for me to respond. After some searching I found that Mesta has been outted as a phony. Since I haven’t seen any facts as to why, I am wondering what happened? From what I understand some Freepmails were sent (I didn’t receive one) and only a select few know the details. ???? J

Yeah. Got Freep mail but, how bad could it be?

I believe Mesta still lives.

I’m okay. I’ve helped plenty of people. Occasionally I’m gonna get taken

That’s the real question: “how bad could it be?”

Before I buy into some vague allegations I’d like to know the facts.
