Yes, but if you look closely it is a close grouping that passed through the windshield downward. It is my understanding that three of the shots hit the girl in the arm and chest. It appears from the angle of the grouping he was way up on top of the hood of the car and he likely had his gun out intending to shoot prior to jumping on the hood.
I don't see how in such a short period of time you can get hit by a car, get thrown on the hood, then draw your weapon and be calm enough to make 4 closely spaced, downward pointing shots without preparation. I believe this macho man had already made up his mind he was going to use deadly force if he was not obeyed.
