Obama has proposed permitting interstate toll roads that were originally banned in 1956 when the interstate system was created.
We are now taxed because we were born alive with a beating heart, and not because we choose to engage in any activity (like driving a car). Obamacare could be called the heartbeat tax. If you have one, you owe the government money.
Now we are taxed for the act of living and for the act of moving about.
