I recently heard a sermon wherein the preacher said pretty much the same thing. God may very well let the whole enterprise collapse—because who learns to depend on HIM the way they should? Totally broken people.
Taken as a whole, the American nation has completely forsaken God. As such we have the president and leaders (Lindsey Graham) that a Godless people deserve.
