This week on “As The Koi Turns”.
When we cleaned the pond after the thaw we came up two fish short...don’t know what got them or when but it would have to have been before it iced over in December.
So I went and bought three new ones. One is a beautify; Platinum Koi that is bright silvery white. She swims like she’s speed racer and jumps out of the water frequently like she’s a bass on the end of a fishing pole. I figure if the other ones that we lost to a heron, hawk or egret or what ever, she’s pretty conspicuous...so I named her “Dinner”. The orange, white and black spotted one is named “Spot” and the one with a dark blue back and white underbelly like a shark is named “Shark”. THANK ME!
