This will help keep the Arkansans on the straight and narrow for Senator Pryor in 2014.

“The courts still ruled the law unconstitutional.”

What would the court’s rationale be?

The only purpose in opposing voter ID is to make it ealier for dems to steal elections.
Period. (<-- that last offered in mockery of the lying fraud in the White House, some of whose most signature lies were so punctuated.)

I am so sick of this. Do I not have to show my ID when I fly or apply for anything? No kidding. Private businesses can ask to see your ID just to use your own credit card. Not to mention screening for jobs and rentals. Law enforcement and agency offices will demand it. But to vote? Suddenly, untold masses of eligible citizens, shucky-darns, they just don't have it on 'em.

We have a president and AG that refuse to follow laws, maybe the Arkansas Gov should just tell this judge to pound sand.

I suspect this judge is part of a nationwide political operation by Eric Holder to kill state voter ID requirements. In some states Democrat secretaries of state—the state official who supervises elections—have pushed back against voter ID laws. George Soros has run a continuing campaign to get Democrat secretaries of state elected across the country as part of a strategy to alter election results. Their biggest accomplishment may have been the fraudulent reelection of Barack Obama.
