I’m a 1971 KHS grad, so I’m not surprised by goings on in Pasco.
71 was last year for Kennewick only Seniors.
Kamiakin’s first grad’s were 72.
Lived off and on in the Tri Cities since 78 myself.
The Pasco cop Orate was a former Sunnyside cop and when all of this was going down was trying to get back on with Sunnyside but fortunately the City Manager said no to the acting Chief who was well aware of him being under investigation.
Got to protect the brotherhood at all costs!
