They just don’t seem to get the picture.
I’m surprised you don’t hear a lot of suits alleging slander and libel for restraining orders, I know I would sure file one over it, and it seems it would be a slam dunk as the allegations being made to secure them in the case of frivolous ones are unsupportable.
I was so emotionally exhausted and physically distressed from the abrupt detonation of my and my son’s life (I lost 40 pounds in less than a month, and went from 200 to 160 pounds in the process on a 6’1” frame)that I simply didn’t have any energy reserves to wage war on a new front. I WANTED (among many other things) to sue the sniveling beta parasite for his BS restraining order, but just wasn’t able to. At that point, I just wanted to escape with my sanity.
