I'm sorry, maybe I'm wrong. Fellow Freepers feel free to tell me. But I look at this article, and I feel NOTHING. I look and I see enemies. I look and I can only hope that the village was filled with Taliban. Filled with "AQ". I look and I see the faces of Danny Dietz, Mike Murphy and Matt Axelson - amidst a host of others.
Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord. Good for him. Good for them.

I think that the Christian is called to pray for their souls but also as a Christian, I believe that death is not the ultimate evil.

Muzzles are the first to celebrate when something bad happens to Americans. I am just too exhausted from their hatred to try to feel anything for them.

Perhaps, there are one or two Afghan women/girls under the landslide who consider themselves ‘delivered’.
As a Christian and a woman, I am still ashamed to say that.

If this town is the NE area that is supportive of the Taliban and Pakistan then I have no sympathy for the them. OTOH, if they keep to themselves and are just surviving then I feel for them.

I see souls that need to be saved. Unfortunately, they would slaughter and eat any missionaries sent.

A fitting end for savages. These people can never be part of the civilized world. They will be a thorn in the side of the world for all eternity. They know it, and they are proud of it. Savagery and barbarism is their trademark, and the only thing they are good at, and known for.
Islam would only be attractive to ignorant savages. It's not a religion like other religions. It is a curse, put upon people who richly deserve it's rewards. I wonder how many Christians, Buddhists, Hindus or Jews, know the proper way to remove a man's head with a knife, by the time they are in their teens.
Muslims are a sickening branch of humanity, and getting sicker.

Well, I have pity for them.
There are women and children and elderly men among the 2000 dead. There are probably Taliban, too, and I’m not as sorry about their loss, but it would have been good for them to have more of a chance to change the evil in their souls before the landslide hit them, but they are grown-ups and in God’s hands.
And those of us who despise the Taliban should be praying for them, like Jesus said about praying for your enemies. Don’t let their inhuman behavior dehumanize you.

He also told us to love those who hate us, and to forgive them. That's the hard part.
