I remember reading a Christian fiction book about 30 years ago. In it, one of the “apostate” churches was a large megachurch and you knew they were apostate because the pastor that preached about saving the whales and environmentalism instead of Jesus and the bible.

THIS is a conflict of church and state if there ever was one. Liberals have used churches for political purposes before so its no surprise. But this global warming angle is quite a stretch even for them.
So this man of God thinks that man can control the weather. Utter blasphemy.
Joel Hunter and his ilk cannot control the weather. But they could have some influence on our crumbling culture. This is another case of misguided libs.
I highly doubt the church I attend would slide into the "global warming" dogma craze, but if it did, I'd be out the door faster than you can say "bye-bye tithe."

If my pastor started pushing some liberal clap trap like globull warming, I would go up to him and tell him that this would be the last time I would ever attend his church.
